摘要
目的探讨甘露聚糖肽注射液对胃癌患者术后营养状况和免疫功能的影响。方法将在本院接受手术治疗的胃癌患者64例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组手术后应用吉西他滨与卡培他滨进行化疗,配合肠内营养支持;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予甘露聚糖肽注射液静脉滴注。观察并比较两组血清肿瘤标志物、营养状况、免疫功能指标水平的变化。结果术后2 w,观察组的血清CA-153、CEA、CA-199均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);营养状况指标ALB、PA、TP和免疫功能指标IgA、IgM、IgG、CD4+、CD8+水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论甘露聚糖肽注射液用于胃癌术后患者,能够抑制肿瘤细胞的合成,降低复发率,改善患者的营养状况,提高免疫抵抗能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of mannatide injection on the postoperative nutritional status and immunological function of patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods 64 cases of gastric cancer that received operation in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 32 ones in each group. The control group received chemotherapy with gemcitabine and capecitabine combined with enteral nutrition support after the operation. The observation group received intravenous drip with mannatide based on the same treatment as the control group. Observation was made in the changes of serum tumor markers, nutritional status, and immune function index levels between the two groups. Results Two weeks after the operation, the serum CA- 153, CEA, and CA-199 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. The nutritional status indicators such as ALB, PA, and TP and immune function indexes like IgA, IgM, IgG, CD4＋, and CD8＋ levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Mannatide injection for the treatment on patients with gastric cancer after operation can inhibit tumor cell synthesis, decrease the recurrence rate, improve the nutrition status, and enhance the immunological ability.
