摘要
我国传统医院一贯在"以患者为中心"的理念指导下为患者提供医疗、保健、康复、咨询等服务,但传统医院服务方式与当下快节奏的生活方式和其他行业的便捷服务已产生较大差距。随着服务理念逐渐转变为"以就医者需求为中心",传统医院医疗服务凸显出以下问题:医院运转效率低,患者等候时间长,医疗资源分布和使用不均,医疗服务质量较低,多地区患者缺乏顺畅的就医通道,慢性疾病患者健康管理负担沉重等。本文从实际出发,提出了传统医院通过移动互联网医疗服务模式,最大程度地满足就医者需求的一整套解决方案,其中智能医疗、远程会诊、健康管理、远程健康教育等方式,对于提高国家医疗服务水平和质量、缓解医患关系、促进全民健康、推进医学教育都具有重要意义。
Conventional hospitals in China consistently provide medical service,health care,recovery and consultation services to patients by the guidance of "focus on the sickness".However,the service pattern of conventional hospitals now has a great distance from current fast pace of life and convenient service patterns of other industries.As the service concept of hospitals gradually converts to "focus on the demand of patients",the following problems of medical service of conventional hospitals are revealed:low efficiency of hospital operation,long waiting time of patients,uneven distribution and use of medical resource,low quality of medical service,lack of smooth medical-seeking passage in many areas,and heavy burden of health management for chronic diseases.In this thesis,a whole set of solutions to satisfy the demand of patients to the greatest extent by mobile internet medical service pattern was proposed practically.In this pattern,approaches including intelligent medical service,remote consultation,health management,and remote health education can improve the level and quality of national medical service,relieve doctor-patient relationship,promote national health,and promote medical education.
