摘要
人文医院是以医院文化建设为核心价值观的可持续发展型医院。传统的"粗放式"医院发展不注重医院文化建设及人在组织中的作用。"互联网+医疗"背景在为医院信息化建设助力的同时,也给予医院文化建设新的起点和平台。本文以"互联网+医疗"为背景对人文医院建设进行分析,探析对公立医院人文医院建设的理论基础和路径。
Humanistic hospital is a sustainable development hospital with the core value of hospital culture construction. The traditional ＂extensive＂ hospital development does not pay attention to the construction of hospital culture and the role of human in organization. While the background of ＂internet ＋ medicine＂ contributes to the construction of hospital informatization, it also provides a new starting point and platform for the construction of hospital culture. Based on the background of ＂internet ＋ medicine＂, this paper analyzes the construction of humanistic hospitals and explores the theoretical basis and path of the construction of humanistic hospitals in public hospitals.
