摘要
中国传统商业街是集合了传统商业格局和特色历史风貌的地区,是一条综合性的街区,主要依靠顾客的消费来支撑其发展。随着国内传统商业街数量的增多,发展和经营模式的普遍统一化,越来越缺少具有特色和创新的传统商业街。西安回坊作为西安最具特色的传统商业街,其发展也在逐渐地走向普遍化和大众化。文章以西安市回坊传统商业街为例,分析了国内外有关传统商业街的研究现状,研究了回坊传统商业街的发展状况,发现了在创新发展过程中其所面临的主要困境,并针对制约回坊传统商业街创新发展的主要因素,提出了创新回坊传统商业街发展的对策。
Chinese traditional business street is the area that contains the traditional commercial pattern and historic charac-teristics. Being a comprehensive business block,it mostly relies on the customer＇ s consumption to support its development. With the growing number of domestic traditional business street, whose development and operation model are somewhat al- most the same, traditional business streets show less of their own characteristics and innovations. Xi＇ an Hui Community, as the most characteristic traditional business street, gradually has lost its own features. The paper, taking Xi＇ an Hui traditional business street as a case study, analyzed the research status quo at home and abroad about the traditional business streets, explored the development of Hui traditional business street, and found the main difficulties in the process of its innovation and development. And what＇ s more, the paper put forth the countermeasures to the innovation and development of Hui traditional business street.
