摘要
目的从藏药双花千里光中首次提取出绿原酸,并鉴定其结构.方法利用70%乙醇对藏药双花千里光药材粉末回流提取,再经过不同溶剂对浸膏进行萃取.将正丁醇相利用正相色谱柱进行分离纯化.通过TLC(254 nm)以及液相色谱-质谱联用等技术,检测其未知化合物的结构.结果检测出未知化合物一个,甲醇重结晶为淡黄色粉末.经红外、紫外、高分辨质谱及核磁共振谱等分析手段鉴定为绿原酸.结论运用正相色谱法从藏药双花千里光中提取绿原酸成分切实可行,为研究藏药双花千里光的主要药效成分做出前期准备.
Objective To report for the first time the extraction of chlorogenic acid from Senecio dianthus Franch, and the identifica- tion of its structure. Methods Dried powder of Senecio dianthus Franch was extracted by 70% ethanol reflux, and the extraction was partitioned with different polar solvents. The n - butanol phase was fraetionated and purified using normal phase chromato- graphic columns. Tile fractions of an unknown spot was inspected with TLC (UV254nm) and HPLC - MS. Results An unknown compoud recrystallized as pale yellow powder in methanol was obtained, and it was identified as chlorogenic acid by using methods including IR, UV, HR - MS and NMR. Conclusion It is feasible to extract chlorogenic acid from Senecio dianthus Frauch by nor- mal phase chromatography.
