摘要
钢铁工业的烧结烟气和自备电厂的燃煤锅炉烟气是钢铁企业生产过程中SO_2排放的主要来源,控制烧结工序和自备电厂的SO_2排放是我国钢铁企业控制污染的重点。本文以研究低品位的软锰矿为原料通过对烟气进行脱硫处理并对其副产物硫酸锰进行分离净化使之达到我国饲料肥料级别的标准,利用该方法不但可以对烟气有较高的脱硫率,而且还可以获得经济效益较高的附加产品硫酸锰,可以在满足社会发展需要和经济上可行的前提下,实现资源效率最大化、废物排放最小化和环境污染最小化的一种经济发展模式。
Sintering flue gas in iron and steel industry and power plant coal-fired boiler flue gas are the main sources of SO2 emissions from the production process in iron and steel enterprise, control of sintering process and power plant emissions of SO2 is China's iron and steel enterprises pollution control key. With low grade pyrolusite as raw material, flue gas desulfurization was processed and its by-product manganese sulfate for separated and purificated to reach China feed fertilizer level standard desulfurization. This method can not only have a higher rate of flue gas, but also be obtained by higher manganese sulfate additional product economic benefit. The practical needs of social development were satisfied and economic was up and down, the mode of economic development resources can have maximize efficiency, waste minimization emissions and pollution minimization.
