摘要 以锰矿浆、磷矿浆、钒矿浆、镁渣浆、铜渣浆及赤泥为主要分析对象,综述了目前已有的矿浆脱硫技术。其中,锰矿浆、磷矿浆、钒矿浆脱硫技术已有相关中试实验或工业化应用研究;镁渣浆、铜渣浆及赤泥脱硫方法采用工业废弃物作为脱硫剂,既能解决工业废弃物的处理难题,又能实现以废治废,清洁生产。阐述及探索了矿浆中所含的碱性金属氧化物及过渡金属离子液相的催化氧化作用,并对未来矿浆(大宗工业固废如锰渣等)作脱硫剂的机理、可行性、工业化应用等研究提出展望。 Manganese ore slurry, phosphate ore slurry, vanadium ore slurry, magnesium slag slurry, copper slag slurry and red mud slurry are taken as the main obiects of analysis, the existing desulfurization technologies of ore pulp are summarized. The experimental research or industrial application test of desulfurization technologies of manganese ore slurry, phosphate ore slurry, and vanadium ore slurry have been conducted. Industrial waste is used as a desulfurization agent in desulfurization technologies of magnesium slag slurry, copper slag slurry and red mud slurry, which can solve the problem of industrial waste treatment, and realize treating waste with waste and clean production. Meanwhile, this paper elaborates and explores the liquid phase catalytic oxidation of the alkaline metal oxide and metal ions. Then the mechanism (integrated industrial waste, such as manganese slag etc. ), feasibility, and industrial applications of slurry desulfurizer in future research are pointed out.
