摘要
针对转向架十字焊接接头进行有限元建模,应用有限元软件ABAQUS计算不同焊趾倾角、焊趾过渡圆弧半径下接头焊趾处的应力集中系数,并通过Origin软件建立应力集中系数与几何参数(焊趾倾角、焊趾过渡圆弧半径)的关系方程式。结果表明:应力集中在十字焊接接头焊趾处比较大,焊趾倾角θ和焊趾过渡圆弧半径r对十字接头应力集中系数Kt的大小有显著影响;对于相同的焊趾倾角θ,应力集中系数Kt随着焊趾过渡圆弧半径r的增大而逐渐减小,随着倾角θ的增大,过渡圆弧半径r对应力集中系数Kt的影响也不断增大;焊趾过渡圆弧半径r相同的情况下,应力集中系数Kt随着倾角θ的增大而增大,随着过渡圆弧半径r的不断增大,倾角θ对应力集中系数Kt的影响不断减小;应力集中系数关系方程对于焊趾处应力集中的改善以及转向架超声疲劳十字接头的设计均具有指导意义。
The influence of joint geometric parameters(weld toe inclination angle θ,weld edge transition arc radius r)on stress concentration coefficient Kt of weld toe was studied based on the finite element software ABAQUS,and the stress concentration equation was founded based on regression analysis software Origin. The results show that stress concentration at weld toe of welded cross joint is relatively high,and weld toe inclination angle θ plays the most important role in stress concentration factor Kt as well as weld edge transition arc radius r. For the same weld toe inclination angle θ,stress concentration coefficient Kt decreases gradually with weld edge transition arc radius r increasing. With inclination angle θ increases,the influence of transition arc radius r on stress concentration factor Kt is also increasing constantly;while in the case of same weld edge transition arc radius r,stress concentration factor Kt at weld toe increases with inclination angle θ increasing. With transition arc radius r increases,the effect of inclination angle θ on stress concentration factor Kt is decreasing continuously. The stress concentration coefficient equation has a guiding significance to the improvement of stress concentration at weld toe and the design of ultrasonic fatigue welded cross joint of bogie.
