摘要
建立了液液萃取-气相色谱法测定白酒样品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。方法表明16种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物能得到有效分离;在0.4~5mg·L^-1范围内,16种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性相关系数R^2均大于0.996;加标回收实验表明,回收率在86.3%-99.0%之间,相对标准偏差2.4%-7.1%;检出限低于0.10mg·kg^-1。该方法具有分离度好,较宽的线性范围,简单快速等优点,能够满足白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的日常检测。
The method of liquid- liquid extraction gas chromatography to measure phthalic acid esters content in liquor was developed which was effective to enrich sixteen species of phthalic acid ester compounds. At the concentration of 0. 4 - 5 mg·L^-1 , all the linearity of the measurement were good with the coefficients of more than 0. 996, the recovery were founded to be in the range of 86. 3%~99. 0%, the relative standard differences were 2.4%~7. 1%, and the detection limit in test were lower than 0. 10 mg·L^-1. The analysis manifests that the method is convenient to operate, rapidly, high resolution and of broad linear range, in routine analysis, can be capable for the determination of phthalic acid ester compounds in liquor.
