摘要
以自制的高炉渣棉纤维为基材,分别采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、聚乙烯醇缩戊二醛(PVA-GA)和硅溶胶-聚乙烯醇混合胶为粘结剂制备高炉渣棉纤维板,采用半干法制备工艺,与酚醛树脂粘结剂对照,考察了粘结剂种类、用量及憎水改性剂等对高炉渣棉纤维板密度和吸湿率的影响,为制备综合性能较好的高炉渣棉纤维板提供理论依据和技术数据。
Blast furnace slag cotton fiber boards were prepared by a half dry progress using homemade high slag cotton fiber and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),polyvinyl butyral (PVB),polyvinyl glutaraldehyde (PVA-GA) and silicon sol and the combination of polyvinyl alcohol as adhesive respectively. Some key factors influencing on the density and moisture ratio of blast furnace slag cotton fiber boards by making a contrast with phenolic resin, such as the types and dosages of adhesives and hydrophobic modifying agent were investigated,providing theoretical basis and technical data for preparing high comprehensive properties blast furnace slag cotton fiber boards.
