摘要
目的探讨分析随访管理模式在早产儿中的应用，并就其对早产儿生长发育的影响进行总结分析。方法选取2010年1月至2013年6月我院早产儿67例，依据患儿出院后的不同管理模式将其分为干预组加=31）和对照组（n=36），其中对照组按照我国现行的0～3岁儿童管理服务规范（国家基本公共卫生）进行管理，而干预组则按照自制的早产儿随访管理系统进行管理。分别于两组婴幼儿1岁、2岁时进行体格发育、神经发育检测和评估，比较两组之间差异。结果干预组婴幼儿1岁、2岁时体格生长偏离率分别为25．8％（8／31）、12．9％（4／31），智力发育偏离分别为29．0％（9／31）、16．1％（5／31）。而对照组婴幼儿1岁、2岁时体格生长偏离率分别为41．7％（15／36）、27．8％（10／36），智力发育偏离分别为47．2％（17／36）、33．3％（12／36）。经比较，两组婴幼儿在不同年龄段的体格生长发育以及智力发育差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采取随访管理模式有助于改善早产儿的体格生长发育和智力发育，提高人口素质。
Objective To explore the application of the follow-up management model in premature infants, and analyze its effect on the growth and development of premature infants. Methods 67 cases of premature infants in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013 were selected and divided into intervention group （n=31） and control group （n=36） according to the different management modes after hospital discharge. Control group received routine management, while intervention group received premature infant follow up management system. Evaluated physical development, neural development of premature infants at the age of 1 and 2. Results The deviation rate of physical growth in intervention group at the age of 1 and 2 were 25.8% （8/31） and 12.9% （4/31） respectively, and the deviation rate of intellectual development were 29.0% （9/31） and 16.1% （5/31） respectively; those in control group were 41.7% （15/36）, 27.8% （10/36）, 47.2% （17/36）, 33.3% （12/36） respectively; with statistically significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Follow-up management mode can improve the physical growth and intelligence development of premature infants, and the quality of the population.
