摘要
目的:研究介入治疗在局部晚期宫颈癌患者的临床应用效果。方法:选取于本院进行治疗的68例局部晚期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(静脉化疗组)34例和观察组(动脉介入化疗组)34例,然后将两组治疗前后不同时间的血清肿瘤标志物及其他肿瘤复发转移相关血清因子进行分别检测及比较。结果:观察组治疗后不同时间的血清肿瘤标志物水平均低于对照组,其他肿瘤复发转移相关血清因子也明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:介入治疗在局部晚期宫颈癌患者的临床应用效果较好,更有助于控制肿瘤标志物及肿瘤复发转移指标,因此疾病治疗效果相对更好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of interventional therapy in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer. Method： A total of 68 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group （intravenous chemotherapy group） and study group （artery intervention chemotherapy group） with 34 cases in each group. Detected levels of serum tumor marker and serum factors related to tumor recurrence and metastasis were compared be- tween groups and before and after treatment respectively. Results： After treatment, serum tumor marker levels in study group were all significantly lower than that in control group at all time points; levels of serum factors related to tumor recurrence and metastasis were also significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The interventional therapy shows good effects in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer, it is helpful for better control of tumor markers and tumor recur- rence and metastasis related factors.
