摘要
经济欠发达地区集团化办园存在政府部门职能缺失、各幼儿园之间共性与个性发展不协调、教师激励机制不完善等问题。应从强化政府对集团化办园的支持、引导和监管,创设良好的成长和发展环境,提高教师队伍专业水平,加强幼儿园内涵建设,构建"和而不同"的园所文化等方面促进经济欠发达地区集团化办园的发展。
The problems in the development of collectivized kindergartens of underdeveloped regions include the functions＇ missing of government, the uncoordinated development between kindergartens, and the inadequate teachers＇ incentive mechanisms. It needs to reinforce the role of government, create a good development environment for teachers and construct harmonious but different cultures of kindergartens.
