摘要
对淬火温度、淬火介质、搅拌等因素对60Mn-20钢复合钢管热处理后的组织及硬度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,复合钢管经保温后在搅拌的4%Na NO2溶液中淬火后,140~180℃回火,其60Mn钢内管淬火后组织为马氏体及少量珠光体,硬度高于55 HRC的厚度大于5 mm,耐磨层较厚;20钢外管淬火后组织为铁素体和少量珠光体,硬度约20~30 HRC,韧性很好。
Influence of quenching temperature,quenching medium and circulation on microstructure and hardness of the 60Mn-20 steel composite pipe after heat treatment was studied. The results show that when the composite pipe heat soaked and then quenched in about 4%Na NO2 solution,with agitation and then tempered at 140-180 ℃ microstructure of the inner pipe of 60 Mn is martensite wih a small amount of pearlite,the thickness with hardness greater than 55 HRC is over 5 mm,and the wear-resisting layer is thicker. The microstructure of the outer tube of 20 steel is ferrite with small amount of pearlite,the hardness is about 20-30 HRC,and the toughness is also good.
