摘要
对履带板用钢25Mn B的热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明,25Mn B履带板用钢是一种非常易于热处理的钢种。热处理加热温度从800℃至900℃,回火温度从200℃至350℃,均可获得满意的冲击吸收能量与硬度。而从履带板耐磨性的角度考虑,加热温度取上限,回火温度取下限是最佳热处理工艺选择。
The heat treatment process of the steel 25 Mn B track board was studied. The results show that 25 Mn B steel track board is a very easy to heat treatment. When the heating temperature from 800 ℃ to 900 ℃,and the tempering temperature from 200 ℃ to 350 ℃,the satisfied impact absorbed energy and hardness of the track board are all can obtained. Concerning from the wear resistance of the track board,the upper limit of the heating temperature and the lower limit of the tempering temperature is the best heat treatment process.
