摘要
对中国南方大薯实生苗和组培苗植物学性状的多样性进行研究,可为大薯的遗传育种和分类提供重要依据。分别对50份大薯种质的田间实生苗的20个植物学性状和组培苗的18个植物学性状进行观察,并进行聚类分析。结果表明:大薯种质实生苗茎蔓颜色、叶形、叶基部、叶质地、叶缺裂、叶颜色、叶柄色泽、叶柄两端颜色、叶长宽比、薯块内外表皮颜色、薯肉颜色等12个植物学性状存在种内差异;实生苗和组培苗的聚类分析结果分别将50份种质聚为5个类群和6个类群组,二者的聚类结果有部分差异。大薯种质植物学性状存在丰富的遗传多样性,实生苗和组培苗在叶序、叶形、叶颜色等性状上存在差异。
The genetic diversity of botanical traits in the seedlings and tissue culture seedlings were analyzed in order to provide references for variety breeding and classification of great yam germplasm resources collected from south of China. The 20 botanical characters of the seedlings and 16 botanical characters of the tissue culture seedlings of 50 collected great yam germplasm resources were investigated to to conduct genetic diversity analysis, cluster analysis for exploring their genetic diversity. The 12 botanical characters exist within species differences, as follows： stem color, leaf shape, leaf base, leaf quality, leaf cleft, leaf color, petiole color, at both ends of the petiole color, leaf length and width ratio, tuber, skin color and tuber flesh color. The clustering analysis of seedlings and tissue culture seedlings of 50 great yams were clustered into 6 groups, the genetic similarity coefficient of the two groups were 0.50 and 0.43, respectively.The results showed that different morphological traits of 44 collected yam germplasm resources presented higher diversity. The seedlings and tissue culture seedlings of great yams were different in the traits of phyllotaxy, leaf shape, leaf color trait differences.
