摘要
首先根据对快递业配送服务质量要求,构建了快递业配送服务质量评价指标体系,然后运用AHP确定各级指标的权重,并且采用模糊综合评判确定电子商务环境下快递业配送服务质量的优劣程度,最后以某民营快递业为例,进行模型的具体运用及说明。
Firstly According to service quality requirements for express delivery industry,This paper builds up the index system on the delivery service quality of express delivery companies,and then use AHP to determine the weight of each index,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the express delivery companies＇ service quality level under e- commerce environment,finally the paper has a model specific application and explanation,a private express delivery companies as an example.
