摘要
风险管理是组织或个人对可能发生的意外或损失进行识别、衡量、分析,并用经济合理的方法应对风险,以实现最大安全保障的科学管理的方法。文中对电力物资招标采购过程进行风险管理研究,能够降低、规避采购过程中可能出现的各种风险,提高物资供应的稳定性,保障电网建设顺利进行。
risk management is the method of scientific management of the organization or individual to identify,measure, analyze, and use the economic and reasonable method to identify, measure, analyze, and use economic and reasonable method in order to achieve the greatest security. In this paper, the risk management of power supply procurement process is studied, which can reduce and avoid possible risks, improve the stability of material supply and ensure the construction of power grid.
