摘要
设备物资管理是电力施工企业在建项目管理的重中之重,如何通过规范设备物资管理,防范风险,是每个电力施工企业设备物资管理人员经常思考的问题。本文通过深入细致地分析设备物资管理中存在的风险,有针对性地提出系列防范措施,进而达到规范设备物资管理的目的。
The management of equipment and materials is a top priority of the project under construction in the electric power construction enterprises. How to guard against the risk by standardizing the management of equipment and materials is a problem that every employee should think about. Through intensive analysis of the risk in equipment management, this paper puts forward series of precautionary measures, thus achieving the purpose of standardizing the management of equipment and materials.
