摘要
目的总结胸锁关节脱位治疗的研究进展。方法查阅国内外近年有关胸锁关节脱位治疗的文献,并进行综合分析。结果目前胸锁关节脱位主要以手术治疗为主,包括胸锁关节重建术、锁骨内侧端切除术、胸锁关节内固定术。内固定术是手术治疗胸锁关节脱位的首选方式,其固定可靠,利于早期功能锻炼。结论探索符合胸锁关节解剖及生物力学特性、安全有效的内固定技术仍是胸锁关节脱位治疗的研究方向。
Objective To summarize the research progress in the surgical treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation. Methods The literature on the treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation was reviewed, summarized, and analyzed. Results At present, the main therapy of sternoclavicular joint dislocation is operation, including the sternoclavicular joint reconstruction, the inner end of the clavicle resection, and internal fixation of the sternoclavicular joint. The internal fixation surgery is the preferred way, which is reliable fixation and in favor of early functional exercise. Conclusion It is the current focus of attention to select a reliable fixation that is accord with sternoclavicular joint anatomy and biomechanics.
