摘要
目的:观察石麦汤含漱治疗慢性牙龈炎的疗效。方法:选取慢性牙龈炎患者36例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组18例。对照组给予呋喃西林含漱治疗,治疗组给予石麦汤含漱治疗。结果:对照组有效率为72.2%,治疗组有效率为94.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:石麦汤含漱治疗慢性牙龈炎临床效果显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shi Mai Decoction（ SMD） for gargling on chronic gingivitis. Methods： Thirty-six patients with chronic gingivitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 18 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given nitrofural for gargling,while the ones in the treatment group were given SMD for gargling. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 72. 2%,while that of the treatment group was 94. 5%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The plaque index,gingival index and sulcus bleeding index of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SMD has the remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic gingivitis.
