摘要
牙周炎是一种由致病菌引起的炎症破坏性疾病,可造成包括牙槽骨吸收在内的一系列牙周组织破坏。双磷酸盐类(BPs)药物具有调节骨吸收、潜在性促进骨形成的作用;在对动物实验性牙周炎的治疗中表现出抗炎和阻断骨吸收的作用;并已逐渐应用于人牙周炎的辅助性治疗。本文就BPs对牙槽骨代谢调节的机制和牙周炎治疗应用方面的新进展作一综述。
Periodontitis is an infectious and distructive disease caused by periodontal pathogens. It leads to an array of periodontal tissue destruction, including alveolar bone resorption. Bisphosphonates have the ability to prevent the bone resorption and accelerate the bone formation potienfly. In the treatment of rat experimental periodontitis, the bone loss and inflammation also could be prevented by which. Now BPs' have been used in the adjunctive drug treament of human periodontitis gradually. The objective of this article is to review the mechanism of BPs' in regulation of bone metabolism and the new development in the therapeutic management of periodontitis.
