摘要糖尿病是由于胰岛素绝对或相对缺乏引起的糖、脂肪、蛋白质、水及电解质代谢紊乱的慢性全身性疾病。儿童糖尿病绝大多数为1型糖尿病,即胰岛素依赖型糖尿病,近年来,世界各国、各地区儿童糖尿病发病率均逐渐增高。
