摘要
校企合作是实现现代职教体系下"3+2"专本分段人才培养目标的重要手段,具有明显的特色,也面临亟待解决的问题。在校企共同参与"理事会管理体制"基础上,建立"两校一企"的三方互动平台和校企双方信息沟通、资源共享的循环反馈机制,有助于解决专本分段校企合作的难题。
In the context of modern vocational education system,university-enterprise cooperation represents an important means to realize the ＂3＋2＂ learning program,a program which is supposed to be completed with3 years in a 3-year vocational college which is followed by another 2 years in a 4-year university. The program has its own characteristics as well as urgent problems to be solved. This paper proposed the establishment of a college-university-enterprise interactive platform and a circulation and feedback mechanism for information exchange and resource sharing on the basis of a management system of board meeting comprised of college,university and enterprise concerned.
