摘要
根据相关科研创新能力的评价方法和理论,建立符合南京体育学院科研发展特点的评价指标体系,统计了"十二五"期间科研创新方面的基础数据,通过分析和评价,揭示高速发展的现状和存在问题,提出组织攻关团队、完善制度、构建责任体系、加大人才引进力度等一系列发展思路和对策。
This paper establish the evaluation index system which is consistent with the characteristics of scientific research development of Nanjing Sport Institute,according to the evaluation method and theory of relevant research and innovation ability. It statistics the basic data of scientific research and innovation in the Twelfth Five Year Plan,present situation of high speed development and existing problems through analysis and evaluation. Put forward a series of development ideas and strategies for organizing the research team,improving the system,constructing the responsibility system,increasing the introduction of talents.
