摘要
采用英国Edinburgh Instruments公司的FLS920型荧光光谱仪对六味地黄丸标准样品水煎剂以及市售10个厂家生产的六味地黄丸成药水溶解液的三维荧光光谱进行了实验检测和理论研究,使用Matlab软件对其特征数据进行了主成分分析,并通过得到的PCA得分值,算出了各个样品到标准样品之间的马氏距离,建立了质量分析模型,对药品质量进行了分析和比较∶3号样品的六味地黄丸质量最好,较好地符合了药典要求;8号样品的六味地黄丸最不符合药典要求,质量相对较差。
Using the FLS920 fluorescence spectrometer of Edi Instruments Company, make experi- ments and theory research on three dimensional fluorescence spectra of the water decoction of liuwei di- huang pill standard sample and water solution of liuwe dihuang pills from commercially available 10 man- ufacturers. Use Matlab software to carry on the principal component analysis to its characteristic data, and through the PCA scoring value, the Markov distance is calculated between each sample to the stand- ard drug, and the quality analysis model is established. The drug qualities are analyzed and compared: the quality of No. 3 sample of liuwei dihuang pill is the best, better meeting the pharmacopoeia require- ments ; No. 8 sample do not conform to the requirements of the pharmacopoeia, and the quality is relative- ly poor.
