摘要
对七叶树种子进行低温(4℃)层积、暖温(约25℃)层积和变温层积(5℃-12h/15℃-12h)处理,500mg/L GA3+低温层积共4种处理,在不同层积时期进行发芽试验和生理生化指标的测定。结果表明:1)变温层积和GA3+低温层积处理的七叶树种子的发芽率明显高于低温层积、暖温层积处理的种子。2)七叶树种子在变温层积后期,种子淀粉酶活性急剧增加,淀粉含量迅速下降,可溶性糖含量迅速上升;酸性磷酸酯酶活性迅速升高,脂肪含量下降,可溶性蛋白含量迅速增加。3)七叶树种子在变温层积前期完成形态后熟,种子内营养物质和GA3、ABA向生理成熟状态转化。
The Aesculus chinensis seed treated with four stratificated include low temperature(4 ℃) stratificated,warm temperature(25 ℃) stratificated,temperature changed (5 ℃- 12 h/15 ℃- 12 h) stratificated,GA3+ temperature changed stratificated, experimentation on sprount and dertimine the physiological and biochemistry in different periods. Results showed: 1) the sprount treated with temperature changed stratificated and GA3+ temperature changed stratificated are higher than low temperature stratificated and warm temperature stratificated. 2) in the later stage of temperature changed stratificated,the activity of amylase rises rapidly ,the content of amylon drops rapidly, the content of soluble sugar rises rapidly the activity of acidic phosphate enzyme elevates rapidly, the contentof fat dropped,the content of soluble protein rises rapidly. 3) Morphological post-ripening of Aesculus chinensis seed could be achieved in the earlier period of temperature change stratificated,the content of nutrients and GA3, ABA transformation to the state of physiological ripening.
