摘要
在描述天津市科技型中小企业发展现状的基础上,分析了科技型中小企业情报需求具有信息情报需求服务内容和层次多样化,获取信息和情报的渠道以公益性为主,需求表达模糊,要求服务周期短、收费低等特点。提出了基于公益性原则、有限满足原则、合作共赢原则的科技型中小企业情报服务模式,服务模式由参与主体、服务内容、具体服务模式组成。直接服务模式、合作服务模式、借力服务模式、商业化服务模式构成立体化结构。
After describing the Scientific and Technical SME development in Tian Jin, the characteristics of the informationand intelligence demands are analyzed which including the diversity of demands, the public welfare way of obtaining theservice, the obscure of demand expression, and the short service circle and low pay. The Intelligence Service Model for Sci-entific and Technical SME of Tianjin is explored based on the principles of non-profit, limited satisfaction and cooperationfor Win-Win. The participants, the service content and the specific service model comprise the serviced model. Four-di-mensional structure is composed of straight service model, cooperation service model, leverage service model and commer-cial service model.
