摘要
通过研究缓冲溶液酸度和浓度、前导电解质、终结电解质和进样时间的影响,建立了一种电动增压在线富集非水毛细管电泳法来分析马来酸和富马酸。在优化条件下,马来酸和富马酸的灵敏度增强因子分别为2 278和1 051,检出限分别达5.4 ng/m L和7.9 ng/m L。该方法被用来分析苹果汁实际样品并做加入回收试验,马来酸和富马酸的回收率分别为64.8%和71.2%。
After investigation of the effects of buffer acidity and concentration,leader,terminator and injection time,a method was established to determine maleic acid and fumaric acid by nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis after on-line preconcentration with electrokinetic supercharging. Under the optimum conditions,the sensitivity enhancement factors and detection limits were 2 278,5. 4 ng / m L for maleic acid and 1 051,7. 9 ng / m L for fumaric acid. The method was applied to analyze apple juice real samples and recovery experiments were also carried out. The recoveries for maleic acid and fumaric acid were 64. 8% and 71. 2%,respectively.
