摘要
普通衬布主要用脲氰醛树脂制备,易释放甲醛。为此,用丙烯酰胺并辅以三聚氰胺和乙二醛合成了无甲醛衬布树脂,并研究了衬布最佳制备工艺。结果表明,用丙烯酰胺、三聚氰胺和乙二醛合成的衬布胶水,因引入了自由基聚合反应,结合逐步缩合反应,能够快速制备出具有良好硬挺度、折皱弹性和白度的无甲醛衬布。衬布的最佳制备工艺为:烘焙温度150℃、烘焙时间2 min、过硫酸铵质量浓度2 g/L、硝酸锌质量浓度15 g/L。
Ordinary lining is mainly produced from urine melamine aldehyde resin,which has the disadvantage of releasing formaldehyde. Therefore,a new formaldehyde free lining resin was synthesized from acrylamide in combination with melamine and glyoxal,and the optimum preparation technology for lining was studied. The results showed that the lining glue synthesized from acrylamide,melamine and glyoxal could rapidly fabricate free formaldehyde lining with excellent stiffness,elastic wrinkle and whiteness,by virtue of the introduction of free radical polymerization with a stepwise condensation reaction. The optimum preparation process of lining was as followed. The baking temperature was150 ℃,baking time was 2 min,ammonium persulfate mass concentration was 2 g / L,and zinc nitrate mass concentration was 15 g / L.
