摘要
总结了1例脊柱侧凸伴呼吸衰竭患者延迟撤机的循证实践方案。明确患者的临床问题,通过检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国知网等数据库,查找相关文献,评价证据级别后确定最佳临床证据。结合患者实际情况,进行镇痛镇静谵妄护理、气道管理、早期运动安全管理,历时21d成功撤离呼吸机。
This paper introduces the evidence-based practice for prolonged weaning a patient from the ventilator with scoliosis and respiratory failure.The measures included identifying clinical problems,searching references through databases of Cochrane Library,PubMed and CNKI,evaluating quality of evidence and applying the best evidence for monitoring of pain,agitation and delirium,airway management,and implementation of early exercise.The patient got improvement after evidence-based nursing and weaned successfully from the ventilator for 21 days.
