摘要 伴随着经济全球化进程的加快和知识经济时代的到来,当代企业发展面临着更加复杂多变的外部环境,竞争态势愈加激烈和复杂。尤其是国有企业,它们正经历着从计划经济向市场经济转型的痛苦,政企不分、产权不明、责任不清等弊端影响着国有企业经营绩效的提高。本文从当前国企绩效管理现状入手,分析了影响绩效管理发挥作用的问题及其原因,探索了适合当前国企现状并有实际指导意义的对策。希望本文所提出的对策,能够对存在类似问题的企业给予启示。 With the speeding up of economic globalization and the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the development of contemporary enterprises faces more complex and changeable external environment, the competition increasingly intense and complicated. Especially the state-owned enterprises, they are experiencing the pain of the transformation from planned economy to market economy. The defects of the integration of government administration with enterprise, unclear property rights and responsibility affect the improvement of operating performance of the state-owned enterprises. From the current status of the performance management of state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes the problems affect work performance management and its reasons, explores the countermeasures with practical guiding significance suit for the current status of state-owned enterprises. The author hopes that the countermeasures proposed by this article can give enlightenment to the enterprises have similar problems.
