Research Progress of Minimally Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein/Toll-like Receptor-4 Pathway Leading to Atherosclerosis

摘要 轻度氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(mm LDL)激活巨噬细胞上Toll样受体4(TLR4)、信号转接分子脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)及其下游信号通路,导致细胞骨架重构、液相摄取增强、活性氧簇产生、炎症因子分泌等,对动脉粥样硬化的发生发展起到了重要的促进作用。故而,该通路中涉及的信号分子或将成为治疗动脉粥样硬化的新靶点。 Minimally oxidized low density lipoprotein activates Toll-like receptor-4 on the cytomembrane of macrophage,signal adapter molecule: spleen tyrosine kinase,and the downstream signal pathway,leading to cytoskeleton rearrangement,fluid phase uptake,reactive oxygen species generation,and proinflammatory cytokine secretion,which promotes the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. Therefore,signal molecules in this pathway may become new targets in the treatment of atherosclerosis.
