摘要
基于对K30井井下堵塞物质的组分与成因分析,导致K30井欠注原因是注入水含有聚合物和污油,含聚污油造成了注入层堵塞,注水压力升高。针对含聚污油设计了酸化与破胶复配的解堵液,并进行了室内解堵性能评价和解堵工艺设计。该解堵方案现场应用表明,解堵后注入压力下降4 MPa,注水量由85 m^3/d上升到595 m^3/d,增注效果明显。
According to plug components and its causes, the reason of insufficient injection for well K30 is some polymer and dirty oil in water, which caused formation plug and injection pressure in- crease. The author designs acid and breaker complex formulation for removing plug base on polymer and dirty oil, and the indoor evaluation and process design is made. Oilfield application shows the complex formulation plan injection increased significantly, and the injection pressure decreased 4MPa and water injection quality is up to 595 m3/d from 85 m3/d before plug removal.
