摘要
绥中36-1油田注聚井注入压力高导致欠注井的比例占到35%。造成注聚井注入压力高的原因主要为:储层岩石胶结疏松、泥质杂基含量高,微粒易运移;早期注水已使储层遭受一定程度的污染;聚合物的吸附滞留造成近井地带堵塞;现阶段井口平台注入水水质不达标;高浓度聚合物母液与配注用生产污水不完全配伍;过滤系统精度不够,大颗粒絮团或聚合物鱼眼随注入水进入地层。可通过严格控制注入水水质、确定最佳清污混注比例以及在注聚系统加多重滤网过滤消除注聚井外来物质堵塞,并采用复合型化学解堵剂进行解堵,从而达到增注目的。
There are 35% polymer injectors are under-injected in SZ 36-1 oilfield due to high injection pressure.The high injection pressure is caused mainly by that,reservoir rocks are loose cemented,with high mud content and particles transported easily;early water injection led to the reservoir damage in a certain degree;polymer adsorption retention blocked near borehole zone;the injection water quality on the wellhead platform does not satisfy the requirments of standard at present;the polymer mother liquor is not compatible fully with the injection water;the poor polymer filtration made large particles floc or polymer fish-eyes enter the formation with the injection water.The foreign material blocking can be eliminated in polymer injectors by controlling the injection water quality strictly,determining the reasonable mixing injection ratio and adding multiple filters in the polymer injection system,and the blocking can be removed by using complex chemical solutions to augment injection.
