手术室开门时间与空气细菌浓度变化趋势相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究手术室开门时间与空气细菌浓度变化之间的关系。方法采用沉降法对Ⅲ级层流手术间进行监测,控制温度和湿度,设置阴性对照,空气净化30 min后开始采样,采样期间,开门时间0~30min。统计采用曲线拟合方法。结果空气细菌浓度随着开门时间延长而增加,0时为(1.8±0.8)cfu/m^3,开门10 min时,细菌浓度达到(200.2±4.8)cfu/m^3,开门12.5 min,细菌浓度达(220.0±14.1)cfu/m^3,此后,细菌浓度波动在220 cfu/m^3附近。曲线拟合,我们选择二次方程曲线。并得出二次方程为:Y=-35.36+26.13X-0.60X^2。结论手术间空气细菌浓度随开门时间呈抛物线关系,开门早期空气细菌浓度上升速度快,随后上升速度减慢,开门20min后有缓慢下降趋势。但如果开门时间超过10min,可能导致手术间空气细菌超标情况的发生。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the duration with door open and concentration of airborne bacteria in the operating room.Methods Sedimentation method was used for monitoring airborne bacteria in a level-Ⅲ laminar flow operating room under a fixed temperature and humidity,with comparison to the negative control.The air sampling started at 30 minutes after air purification,and persisted from 0 to 30 min with door open.Curve fitting method was used for statistical analysis.Results Airborne bacteria concentration increased with longer duration with door open,ranging from(1.8 ±0.79) cfu/m^3 at 0 minute to(200.2 ±4.8) cfu/m^3 at 10 minutes,and to(220.0±14.1) cfu/m^3 at 12.5 minutes.Thereafter,the airborne bacteria concentration fluctuated around 220 cfu/m3.A quadratic curve was chosen for curve fitting,with the quadratic equation being F=-35.36+26.13X-0.60X^2.Conclusion There is a parabolic relationship between airborne bacteria concentration and the duration with door open in the operating room.The airborne bacteria concentration increases rapidly early during the door opening.Thereafter,the increase becomes modest,and switches to a slow decline at 20 minutes with the door open.However,duration with the door open for more than 10 minutes may result in excessive level of airborne bacteria in the operating room.
