摘要
目的探讨手术室细节护理对胫骨骨折患者应激反应及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的90例胫骨骨折患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用手术室细节护理。比较两组的切口感染发生率、应激反应指标及护理满意度。结果观察组切口感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室细节护理可降低胫骨骨折患者切口感染发生率,减轻心理及生理应激反应,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of operation room detail nursing on stress response and satisfaction degree in patients with tibial fractures.Methods 90 patients with tibial fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received operation room detail nursing.The incidence of incision infection,stress response indicators and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the epinephrine(E)and norepinephrine(NE)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Operation room detail nursing can reduce the incidence of incision infection in patients with tibial fractures,alleviate the psychological and physiological stress response,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree.
