TQM理念下高职院校学生导师制的运用——以黎明职业大学为例

摘要 对高职院校学生导师制TQM体系进行分析,以黎明职业大学为例,提出从建立组织管理模式、完善工作运行机制、健全质量监控体系、构建多元评价网络和完善奖惩机制5个方面入手,构建TQM理念下的高职院校学生导师制体系。阐明TQM理念对高职院校学生导师制具有以下5个方面的作用:落实学生的主体地位、营造人人有责的工作氛围、建立常态化运行机制、优化运行管理过程和构筑全面系统工程。 Taking Liming Vocational University as an example,this paper makes an analysis on the application of total quality management theory in quality management of students' tutor system of higher vocational colleges and puts forward five approaches as follows: building a model of organizational management,improving the operational mechanism,strengthening the quality monitoring system,establishing a multiple evaluation network and perfecting the reward punishment mechanism. This paper also illustrates that,through the application of TQM theory in quality management of students' tutor system of higher vocational colleges,the following functions could be realized: carrying out the student-oriented policy,constructing the responsible working environment,building a normalized operation mechanism,optimizing the management process and establishing a comprehensive system.
