摘要
高校学生社团在丰富学生课余生活、提高学生综合素质、提升校园文化活力等方面发挥作用都离不开社团的有效管理。全面质量管理理论引入社团管理,是社会发展的需要,有助于转变管理思想。本文从全面质量管理理论视角提出高校学生社团质量管理的新理念,促进高校学生社团管理的科学化、规范化和制度化,实现社团管理质量提高的可持续发展。
The role of college student association in rich students’ after-school life, improve the comprehensive quality of students, to enhance the campus culture activity cannot do without effective management of association. The theory of comprehensive quality management into community management, is the need of social development, help to change the management thought. This paper put forward the new concept of college students quality management from the perspective of the theory of comprehensive quality management, promote scientific, standardized and institutionalized of the management of college student associations, and realize the sustainable development of community management.
