摘要
西部民族地区新型社区建设是新型城镇化建设的重要组成部分,二者互相促进,共同发展。由于过去西部民族地区城镇化发展缓慢导致社区建设落后。为此,要在深刻认识西部民族地区新型城镇化存在问题的基础上,从转变政府职能、加快教育文化建设、以人为核心、完善基础配套设施、就近就地城镇化和改善牧区条件等6个方面来建设新型社区。
Building new communities is an important composition of new-type urbanization in western ethnic ar- eas, and they promote common development. The backwardness of community building is caused by the slow de- velopment of new-type urbanization in western ethnic areas in the past. Therefore, we should realize the prob- lems of the new-type urbanization, seek corresponding solutions by changing government function, speeding up the development of education and culture, practicing people-oriented undertakings, urbanizing suburb areas, and improving pastoral production and living conditions.
