矿井采空区水泥-煤矸石充填体结构模型研究 被引量:14

摘要 鉴于以水泥为主要胶结成分的充填材料费用较高,不利于大面积充填开采,为实现利用固体废弃物代替水泥配制高效的矿井采空区充填材料,以水泥、煤矸石作为充填材料主要成分,通过实验室试验得出充填体抗压强度与水泥掺量关系,并利用电子扫描电镜对充填体微观结构进行观测,分析了不同水泥掺量时充填体抗压强度增长规律,构建了水泥-煤矸石充填体结构模型。研究结果表明:水泥-煤矸石充填体结构由矸石颗粒的胶结和孔隙填充2部分构成,矸石颗粒的胶结与孔隙填充对充填体抗压强度提高有很大作用。 Due to the high cost of the present cement as the main cementation composition of the backfill material, the cement was not suit- able the backfill mining with a larger area. In order to realize the solid waste to replace the cement based high efficient backfill material in the mining goal,based on the cement and coal refuse as the main composition of the backfill material,a relationship between the compres- sive strength of the backfill and the cement volume mixed was obtained from the lab experiments. A scanning electron microscopy was ap- plied to the observation on the micro structure of the backfill. The compressive strength increased law of the backfill with different cement volume mixed was analyzed. A structure model of the cement-coal refuse backfill was established. The study results showed that the ce- ment-coal refuse backfill structure was consisted of the coal refuse particle cementation and the pore backfill and the coal refuse particle cementation and the pore backfill could play a high role to improve the compressive strength of the backfill.
