摘要
目的:观察不同术式在治疗老年性上睑下垂中的应用效果。方法:对2009年1月-2011年6月治疗的72例老年性上睑下垂患者进行了回顾性手术资料分析,其中12例行额肌瓣悬吊术、16例行提上睑肌缩短联合睑板切除术、36例行单纯提上睑肌缩短术、8例行提上睑肌腱膜折叠术。术后对患者进行1年的观察随访,观察手术疗效以及术后恢复情况。结果:根据随访情况统计,术后67例患者的症状较手术前有明显改善,另有过矫1例,欠矫1例,回退3例,手术总成功率93.06%(67/72)。结论:根据患者的实际情况科学选择不同类型的上睑下垂矫治术,均可对老年获得性上睑下垂症状起到确切的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the application effects on different Senile Ptosis operations.Methods In the retrospective operation material analyses on 72 Senile Ptosis cases from January2009 to June 2011,there were 12 frontal muscle flap suspension surgeries,16 levator muscle combined with eyelid surgeries,36 single shortening of upper eyelid levator muscle surgeries,and 8upper eyelid muscle aponeurosis placation surgeries.Meanwhile,1 year of following-up observations on purpose of surgical treatment and postoperative recovery for the patients had been putting into effect.Results According to the following-up statistics,symptoms of 67 patients after the operations had significantly improved.But there were 1 case of overcorrection,1 case of lacking correction,and 3cases of fallback.As a result,the general success rate of the operations was 93.06%（67/72）.Conclusion Scientifically selecting the Ptosis operation based on the actual situation of the patients remains effective on senile acquired Ptosis.
