摘要
目的探讨改进的上睑提肌缩短术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的临床效果。方法对38例(46眼)确诊为重度先天性上睑下垂行改进的上睑提肌缩短术,术后随访观察3月～2年。结果46眼中一次手术成功40眼,另6眼欠矫,3～6月行二次手术成功。所有患者全部矫正满意,外观良好,无并发症发生。结论改进的上睑提肌缩短术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂手术成功率高,疗效好。
Objective To study the improved surgery method for treatment of severe congenital ptosis. Methods To resect part of the levator palpebra of the 38 paients （46 eyes ） who have had severe congenital ptosis. After the surgery, observed for 3 months to 2 years. Results 40 of the 46 eyes were one-time operated successfully. 3 to 6 months later the rest 6 eyes were secondly operated successfully. All the patients were satisfied with the surgery. They were good-looking and there were no complications. Conclusions The surgery is considered effective. It can be a preferred surgical approach.
