摘要
激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(LA-ICP-MS)是一种应用广泛的大型分析仪器。为了方便人们学习仪器的原理和分析方法,熟悉实验操作,采用PHP+MySQL+Apache技术构建基于B/S应用的网络模式,针对LA-ICP-MS仪器的特点,开发了网络虚拟实验室。该虚拟实验室具有课件点播、虚拟实验操作、教学管理等功能。其中,虚拟实验具有逼真的场景,可按真实仪器的基本操作过程进行各种模拟操作及谱图的显示;并提供了交互式操作导航来指导用户学习仪器的基本操作步骤。所开发的LA-ICP-MS网络虚拟实验室已应用到教学实践中并取得了较好的教学效果。
Laser ablation- inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( LA-ICP-MS) is a widely used large-scale integrated analyzer. In order to facilitate people to learn the instrument principle and analysis method,and familiarize with experimental operation,a web-based virtual laboratory for LA-ICP-MS is developed by using the PHP + My SQL +Apache technology. It is with a network mode based on B / S. The virtual lab contains the following modules: courseware on demand module,virtual experiment system module,and teaching management module. The virtual experiment system module provides users a vivid scene of LA-ICP-MS analysis processes and simulated practice as the actual experimental operation,and an interactive navigation to guide users how to operate. Since it is applied to education in practice,good results have been achieved in teaching.
