摘要 目的建立激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)检测激光打印原装黑色墨粉元素成分的方法。方法收集24个不同原装硒鼓并制作打印墨迹样品,使用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱剥蚀墨迹并检测18种元素的信号。对元素响应值进行半定量,并使用多因素方差分析处理数据。结果实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的精密度和重复性。24个样品可区分为十五类,区分率为94.6%。结论激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱检测原装黑色墨粉具有操作简便、快速的特点,重复性较好,对样品破坏微小,结果准确可靠。 Objective To evaluate the potential of laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) for the discrimination of original black toner on paper. Method A set of 24 different cartridges of original black toner from the Chinese market was used for comparison. The printed toner samples were ablated by laser and 18 elements were analyzed by ICP-MS. The signals of the elements were semi-quantitative and processed with multivariate analysis of variance. Results The results showed that the reproducibility of the method was good and the RSD of precision was less than 15%. 24 cartridges of original black toner were classified into 15 groups and the discriminating power was 94.6%. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, minor destructive and with good precision. LA-ICP-MS can be used to discriminate the original black toners on printed documents.
