摘要
文章通过调研英国公共部门信息的维度和参与者情况,阐述了英国公共部门信息质量管理的法律约束、标准约束、审计监管、资源整合和信息素养情况,从细化和落实公共部门信息管理规范、建设国家核心参考数据、公共图书馆和档案馆参与信息质量监管、提高全民信息素养这4个方面提出了可供我国借鉴的公共部门信息质量管理建议。
By investigating the dimensions and participants of UK＇s public sector information, a comprehensive content analysis of UK＇s PSI quality regulation, quality standard, quality supervision and audit, PSI integration and information literacy is presented. Four suggestions are provided that can be adopted in China＇s PSI quality management, including the establishment of detailed PSI quality regulations, construction of national core reference data, with public library and archive institute in PSI quality assurance system, and improvement of citizen＇s information literacy.
