摘要在欧盟,《公共部门信息绿皮书》开启了再利用制度的立法进程。《再利用指令》标志着该制度得到法律确认。"数字内容(附加)计划"和"公共部门信息平台"提供了内容支撑和技术支撑。《委员会信息的再利用》和INSPIRE指令推动了该制度向纵深发展。 In EC,. Green Paper on Public Sector Information in the Information Society starts the legal processing of re use system. Directive on the re use of public sector information marks the initial establishment of this system. The eContentplus and the ePSIplaTFORM offer information content supporting and information technology supporting for re use system. Reuse of commission information and the Directive of 1NSPIREpromotes re use business in special public sector information field.
