摘要
在处理政府信息增值开发的知识产权问题方面,英国最具典型性,主要体现在其拥有的知识产权权属制度、知识产权合同制度和知识产权付酬制度方面。我国可借鉴英国的成功经验,考虑不同的制度背景,做到政府信息增值开发知识产权分类的科学化、知识产权合同的规范化以及知识产权付费的合理化。
