摘要
江西省于都县在农村留守儿童关爱工作中,立足区域发展实际,创建了政府各部门、学校及校外组织各系统内部有效的关爱机制,留守儿童关爱体系建设实现精准化;多方筹措经费,以点促面搭建起农村留守儿童关爱体系可持续发展的保障平台;将各类校内校外农村留守儿童关爱场所建设纳入县域总体规划,整体布局农村留守儿童关爱阵地;通过开展系列关爱活动,培养农村留守儿童高尚情操及家长正确的家庭教育理念;以优惠政策促进县域经济大发展,引导劳动力就地务工就业,缓解农村留守儿童的增幅,从源头减少了农村留守儿童数量。
Based on actual regional development,Yudu County government has created an inner effective care mechanism operated by the government departments,schools and outside school organizations.In order to make the care system sustainable development,the government raises funds in many ways and builds up a securing platform to maintain the system.The establishment of various kinds of care places in and outside schools for left-behind children is included in the overall plan of the county,so,there is a whole layout of care spots in Yudu County.By holding on a series of care activities,many rural left-behind children begin to form noble sentiments and many parents acquire correct idea of family education.It is especially important that the government promotes the county＇s economy development by implementing favorable policies.Because of increasing economy,many Yudu people choose to work in the county instead of going outside,so the number of rural left-behind children is decreased.
