蛭萸汤治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变肾虚血瘀型疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察蛭萸汤治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变肾虚血瘀型的疗效。方法:86例随机分成对照组与观察组各43例,对照组用养阴降糖片治疗,观察组用蛭萸汤治疗。结果:临床症状与生命体征总分对照组为(9.4±3.6)分,观察组为(6.7±2.5)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率对照组69.7%,观察组83.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蛭萸汤治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变肾虚血瘀型效果较好。
